Policies for Engaging Alexander Consulting:
Until the agency knows more about your specific Advertising, Research, Sales, Training, Marketing, Communications or Public Relations needs we simply cannot quote or estimate the cost to manage your project. However, the following guidelines may be helpful to you as you consider alternatives:
- Services may be requested to be quoted on a "project" or "hourly" basis. AC reserves the right to bid within a range or refuse project bidding situations in cases where the cost structure is deemed nebulous.
- Fees for Kevin J. Alexander’s time and direct expenses are your only costs during the initial discovery, preplanning, and sub-contractual team member selection stages. A 50-75% retainer is required and negotiated based upon your credit history with the agency and a written agreement is negotiated with each client before consulting services are initiated.
- Once the core projects have been agreed upon and the final team is selected, an aggregate / blended rate is negotiated and reflected in a seaparate contract. This secondary contract will specify a new retainer and will be executed before the project proceeds from a planning stage into a production stage.
- The balance of all fees is paid in full at the time that project deliverables are due. Any and all additional services and or services that are deemed to be out of scope as defined in the project letter of agreement will be negotiated and contracted for separately.
- In general preference will be given to long-term projects and projects that provide incentive compensation in addition to consulting fees.
